Chose your abundant life as a Highly Sensitive Person
First of all, it starts with the choice and willingness to change your life. There are two options:
Option 1: You can choose to live a healthy lifestyle and abundant life and be willing to take responsibility for manifesting it.
Option 2: You can choose to live unhealthily and less in prosperous (pro spirit) and staying stuck in the role of victimization. It may sound a little hard, but it’s the matter of a fact. Finally, it’s up to everyone what to choose because each individual is the creator and influencer of one’s life.
The first step towards well-being is to say YES to life. If you’re not saying yes to life right now, then it’s a good time to look at why? All things in life either feed us or deplete us. Most of the things that deplete highly sensitive people are the perception in the mind and the overstimulation of the nervous system.
It’s hard to generate abundance, health, and well-being with a mindset that always thinks I don’t want this and that only puts the lens on what you don’t want. For example, I don’t want this job; I don’t want to live here, I don’t want to go there… We are addicted to what we don’t want… All of those are energy stealers and signs that we pull back from life.
Say YES to your new life
In contrast, saying YES to abundant life and choosing a healthy lifestyle helps you to learn how to avoid overstimulation and sensory overload. Those two are only some of the most common challenges for highly sensitive people.
It can also improve your positive well-being by
*exploring your false and authentic emotions
*learn to manage and express your intense emotions in a healthy way
*having good relations with people around you who are uplifting for you
*having a healthy sense of success in your career/relations/daily life
*improving your decision-making abilities
*having a healthy engagement with the challenges in your environment
*paying attention to spirituality and
*being comfortable with your financial situations.
Generally spoken, you can shift low energetic times through diet, sleep, exercises, meditation, and other things. Learning how to shift your energetic state will help you to live more empowered as a highly sensitive person and in more abundance.
All of those elements are under the umbrella called well-being. I’ll summarize the key elements of well-being for you again.
There are 9 key elements of well-being:
1. Physical well-being
2. Social well-being
3. Emotional well-being
4. Energetic well-being
5. Intellectual well-being
6. Environmental well-being
7. Spiritual well-being
8. Financial well-being
9. Career well-being
These are all the elements of your Self. The Highly Sensitive Self that needs attention for living in abundance and healthy. Therefore it’s recommended for every highly sensitive person to have 2 hours of downtime daily and 1 day fully off per week.
I won’t go deeper in each single element in today’s blog as it would take us too far. But if you’d like to learn more about how to feed every single element contact me at any time.
Abundant Life is the foundation for every Highly Sensitive Person
One element influences the other element and bottom line: To live a healthy life and in abundance, you need to find the balance between all those elements and the balance between rest, time for silence and time for moving your body and mind. Otherwise, you’ll get overstimulated, and your emotional sink will overflow. This might show up in body symptoms, resentments, or imploding or exploding. It will keep you away from being in the flow of life. Therefore, self-care is the number one priority for highly sensitive people. Followed by self-acceptance and self-compassion.
It’s your responsibility to take the first step or the next steps of consciousness and action. The desire of wanting to live a healthier lifestyle needs to be aligned with the intentions and most importantly with discipline. It requires discipline to change a life. And it takes time to change a habit and old pattern. Otherwise, the change of an old habit will be difficult and not be manifested. Believe me, I know what I’m talking about. I’ve observed it in many of my clients and myself. If I don’t stick with it with discipline and not align my desire with my intentions, it’s a nice dream that won’t be manifested. And there’s nothing wrong about, it only may explain if you wonder why nothing changes in your life. In addition to discipline, you need to have a good portion of self-compassion, not being too hard with yourself, not to set the expectations with yourself too high, be kind to yourself, and stick with it.
And I can assure you if you stick with discipline with your desire and bring it into alignment with your intention, you’ll notice your life is going to change.
It’s up to you
