One-on-One Coaching Program
Do you want to find ways to avoid overstimulation and overwhelm as a highly sensitive woman and leader? Do you want to explore the positive sides of High Sensitivity?
I offer a six-month one-on-one coaching program via phone, zoom or in person.
You’ll explore the challenges and the positive sides of your unique gift. I’ll support you to create ways to prevent overstimulation and build resilience. You’ll dive into emotional healing and increase emotional self-awareness and self-management. Moreover, you’ll learn to identify limiting patterns and sabotaging voices. We’ll clarify intentions and values, explore purpose and meaning of life, and dare to dream. And not to forget we’ll have lots of fun no matter where you find yourself on your personal life’s journey.
You will explore the keys that have successfully supported my clients and myself how to thrive in this world with more self-compassion, joy and freedom as a highly sensitive woman and leader.

Details about the Coaching High Sensitivity
As you move through the Coaching High Sensitivity, you’ll become more aware, mindful and grounded in your sensitive Self. You’ll get to the place of accepting your sensitive Self and learn to prevent sensory overload through self-care and self-compassion strategies. Overall, you’ll change your story and heal and transform from the inside out and outside in. You’ll become your own empowered highly sensitive expert and the author of your life!
