One-on-One Holistic Health Coaching Program
My 8 week one-on-one coaching program is anchored in a deep and extensive understanding of the body from my combined background in coaching, osteopathic medicine, naturopathic physical medicine, functional nutrition, process-oriented and yoga psychology, meditation and yoga. It encourages to face stress and listen to body symptoms such as chronic back and neck pain, headaches, migraines, sleep issues and more. It reveals the keys where body symptoms and stress all can come from and what it can mask. It shows how important it is to do inner healing work to get to the roots of stress and body symptoms instead of only numb the symptoms and mask the stress.
You will explore the keys that have successfully supported my clients and myself for their dreams to come true and to reduce stress and live a life filled with joy, compassion, and freedom.
