As a TriYoga Instructor, I’m supporting the transformation from inside out and outside in by learning to use the body wisdom with its 5 layers, psychology and coaching. From the perspective of Yoga Psychology and Philosophy, our body has 5 layers: the physical body, the energetic body, the mental/emotional body, the wisdom body and the spiritual body. From my point of view, Yoga is psychology and the only system that I know that strengthens, balances and heals all aspects of our self-our physical, mental, emotional, energetic and spiritual bodies. Yoga Psychology in combination with coaching is a process of transformation through integration. Transformation appears through a process of self-learning and growth.
