What is chronic pain?
According to the International Association for the study of pain chronic pain is a kind of pain with no biological value. It persists a much longer time than normal tissue healing, most commonly it is said to endure more than three month. Chronic pain can be located all over the body as well as in our brains. Often it is very difficult to treat. Thus it is even more important to find alternative methods to heal it. Living a life without pain crucially improves the quality of your life.
While acute pain can be resolved by the efforts of only one specialist, to resolve chronic pain it is essential to have a look at all the layers of your body. You may locate the symptoms in one specific part of your body, but actually the dysbalance affects every single part of you.
