Mindfulness

With Mindfulness, you bring your attention to the present. You are aware of where you are and what you’re doing, you are fully in the present moment. You don’t overreact to situations or feel overwhelmed. To get to this state of mind, an effective way is a meditation. There are different techniques to achieve mindfulness, like watching your breath or scan your body. The goal is to address your emotional, mental and physical processes.

TriYoga

As a TriYoga Instructor, I’m supporting the transformation from inside out and outside in by learning to use the body wisdom with its 5 layers, psychology, and coaching. From the perspective of Yoga Psychology and Philosophy, our body has 5 layers: the physical body, the energetic body, the mental/emotional body, the wisdom body, and the spiritual body. 

Yoga against stress and pain

From my point of view, Yoga is psychology and the only system that I know that strengthens, balances and heals all aspects of our self-our physical, mental, emotional, energetic and spiritual bodies. Yoga Psychology in combination with coaching is a process of transformation through integration. Transformation appears through a process of self-learning and growth. 

What is the uniqueness of TriYoga?

It’s a systematic yoga method with Basics to Level 7. It includes the hatha yoga method. Tri means trinity and its the trinity of sustained postures (asana), breath (pranayama) and focus (mudra) and was founded by world-renowned and inspired yogini Kali Ray. The spirit of the original yoga is transported by her into the 21st century.

The similarities to other hatha yoga methods are the physical yoga practices, breathing practices and practices to empower concentration and meditation. The focus of TriYoga is on your body length and paying attention to the energetic flow of your body. The uniqueness of TriYoga describes the flows and systematic sequences, the wavelike spinal movements, the union of posture, breath and focus, the emphasis on economy of motion, natural alignment and pacing and finally the systematic Prana Vidya practices. Prana Vidya is the breathing practice, meditation and concentration practices that balance and increases prana -the life energy. A flow describes another name for TriYogas complete and systematic Hatha Yoga method.

The flows integrate the trinity of sustained postures (asana), breath (pranayama) and focus (mudra). These flows and the trinity practice is deeply meditative and transformative. Expansion of flexibility and strength on your body, mind and soul system is one outcome. Another outcome is to activate and balance consciousness and energy. Triyoga is useful for the well-being of one’s physical body or for simply wanting to expand one’s subtle body. Many people have changed their lives through the positive impact of the wisdom and the uniqueness of TriYoga-being in the flow. TriYoga is impactful as well by setting the intention to experience the body more flexible and stronger, as also to calm the mind and nervous system or to give attention to body symptoms.
