It's a systematic yoga method with Basics to Level 7. It includes the hatha yoga method.The uniqueness of TriYoga describes the flows and systematic sequences, the wavelike spinal movements, the union of posture, breath and focus, the emphasis on economy of motion, natural alignment and pacing and finally the systematic Prana Vidaya practices. Prana Vidaya is the breathing practice, meditation and concentration practices that balance and increases prana -the life energy.

Mindfulness is a deliberate practice of moment-to-moment nonjudgmental awareness. Mindfulness can be practiced as a meditation, and it can also be a way of life.

There are different ways and techniques to practice mindfulness.

The word meditation refers to the many modern and ancient techniques and practices that can settle the nervous system and train the brain to be more focused, engaged, and less reactive.

What meditation is not!

  • a way of clearing or controlling the mind

  • just a form of relaxation or concentration

  • a religious practice, yet you can practice it religiously

  • only for certain people

  • magic

  • a way to escape your challenges
